Business Packages

We offer advice on day to day workplace issues on a Pay As You Go or a Monthly Retainer Payment basis, this allows us to tailor to small, medium and large businesses. Our monthly terms service is provided at three levels or can be entirely bespoke and tailored by you for your needs. Our service can be provided with or without Employers Protection Insurance (covering fees, costs and any awards made) and includes the following:

Option 1

  • An on site audit of your HR policies and employment law contracts
  • An additional visit to your office at your request
  • 10 hours of advice by telephone or email per annum
  • Access to our bank of employment law precedent letters
  • Additional advice, support and guidance for projects at a reduced rate
  • Regular employment law updates

£325.00 per month*

Option 2

All the features of the Option one package but with the benefit of:

  • 25 hours of advice by telephone or email per annum
  • 2 visits per annum at your request
  • Discounted training course rates

£499.00 per month*

Option 3

All the features of Options one and two packages but with the benefit of:

  • UNLIMITED advice by telephone or by email
  • 3 visits per annum at your request

£799.00 per month*

You can further customise your arrangement by adding any of the following options:


  • Additional service review meetings
  • HR On site services - Ad hoc or regular arrangements
  • Alternative mediation services for workplace disputes
  • Emergency call-out for redundancy and TUPE
  • Emergency call-out for any workplace dispute
  • Bespoke employment law training sessions 
  • Mediation, investigation and support for serious or reputational issues
  • Full insurance cover for legal fees/costs and awards of compensation in the event of an Employment Tribunal claim
